How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in multilayer laminated pouches. Each individual product is packaged in its mono-carton.

Which locations does SoulTari ship its products to?
SoulTari ships only in India!
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order – We will soon start WhatsApp details!
- You can track the status of your package immediately after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 3 working days depending on the location
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
- We have standard shipping charges for most locations.
- A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.600, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.600.
- COD Charges - In case you're opting for Cash on Delivery, we levy a nominal fee to ensure efficient logistics and minimize returns on orders. For orders below INR 300, a flat fee of INR 100 will be levied. For orders above INR 300, a flat fee of INR 50 will be levied.
